- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A really awful experience from start to finish. The office itself is very poorly organised and unprofessional, with client folders lying all over the place. Constant changes in staff (they admitted themselves staff keep leaving) so there is also the issue of sensitive material being shared with lots of people. My solicitor Mr Marsh was often unprepared for our meetings, does not use emails and you have to book an appointment with him after he has sent you a letter, so there were often huge time lapses when information was being shared between their office and the office of another solicitor in Stirling. My client folder was also not always available when I arrived promptly for our meeting, he was also often not ready for our meetings, and neglected to apply for my Legal Aid application ( I had to personally chase this up). Eventually I had to correspond with the other solicitor and had to dispense of his services.By heididocherty, May 20, 2020
