- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The company never kept promises and mistreated the customers. One of the items was uplifted, however the second one was laying around for weeks therefore a lot of time was spend to constantly phone and ask about the progress. In the end no payment was given for the second item and considerably less money than promised was offered for the first item. When trying to find out why that happened we were treated without respect and the person from John Graham Metals did not go into negotiation and did not solve the problem.By Admin, August 09, 2018
