I shopped regularly at this store before seeing the "manager" bullying a young employee. I would urge the company to look into this. The young lady was very upset and when I visited again a few days later, I overheard another incident and again the same girl being bullied by the same woman. Talking down to her like she was dirt. Not surprisingly, I have since heard from the young girls colleague that she had chosen to leave, and that she believed "off the record" it was because the manager "was horrible to her for no reason".
There is a way to speak to employees, and my God this womans tone was disgraceful.
